Registration fees are nonrefundable, and registrations cannot be transferred to another athlete or deferred to a future event.

We will make every effort to hold the Event as planned and provide a safe and fun experience for all athletes. However, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control may require the Event to be delayed, shortened, modified, or canceled.

Because the Event requires extensive planning and advance arrangements that cannot be rescheduled, registration fees will not be refunded if circumstances beyond our control require the Event to be changed or canceled.
