Get ready for Race Day!

We’ll go over race-day details, safety information, and what to expect!

We’ll go over important race-day details so parents and athletes know exactly what to expect. Topics include:

• Race-day schedule and parking information
• Transition area setup
• Course overview and safety rules
• Athlete check-in, body marking, and timing chip
• What to bring and how to prepare
• Volunteer roles and spectator tips

Attending the Parent Meeting helps ensure race morning runs smoothly and your athlete feels confident and prepared. It’s also a great opportunity to ask questions and meet other families participating in the event.

We’ll be using a PowerPoint during the meeting to walk through key details.
