- Transition process: discuss and practice (swim → bike → run)
- Bike routes: review the course
- Run course: try out the actual run
- Swim practice: splash into the pool and do a few laps
- Race prep: ask questions and build confidence for race day
What to Bring
- Swim suit or tri suit
- Goggles
- Towel
- Bike (we won’t ride, but we’ll practice racking in transition)
- Helmet
- Running shoes
- Socks
